Due to missed assignments, a reminder for turning back scheduled games.
The policy for turning back sub-varsity games is: The turn back official is to get a replacement and then notify Al Nummy of the change so the Arbiter can be changed for the schools. You should call him regarding the change and follow up with an email.
The policy for turning back varsity games is: The official turn back the game to you for rescheduling. You should call him regarding the change and follow up with an email.
This policy has been discussed at our meetings. It is unacceptable to send an email turning back the game. YOU MUST MAKE CONTACT WITH AL NUMMY BY PHONE TO MAKE A CHANGE. IF YOU LEAVE A MESSAGE, KEEP CALLING TO YOU TALK TO AL IN PERSON. HIS HOME AND CELL NUMBERS ARE ON OUR WEBSITE.

RE: length of JV Games. According to the PVIAC Bylaws the length of JV games in the AA Conference and the Suburban League shall be four periods of 12 minutes each. In the Intercounty and Tricounty Leagues the length of JV games shall be four periods of 10 minutes each. All games in all leagues will have a halftime of 10 minutes.
