Our Mission Statement

• Betterment of amateur football officiating throughout Western Massachusetts.
• Promote the spirit of fair play and sportsmanship.
• Maintain the highest standards of football officiating.
• Provide educational programs to advance the skills of amateur football officials.
• Work with sports administrators to provide qualified sports officials to officiate amateur football in Western Massachusetts.
• Cooperate with the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association (MIAA) on mutually agreed upon actions at the behest of the Commissioner of Officials.
• Conduct programs to improve the relationship between coaches and officials, the public image of our officials and the general welfare of our members.
• Cooperate with other organizations and/or persons for the purpose of the foregoing.
