By-Laws Amendment Ballot Passes

A new version of the WMFOA By-Laws dated 2019-04-28 is posted on the website.

It is posted here. The final vote was 49-Yes (84.5%), 9-No (15.5%) with 58 total votes out of a possible 87 (66.7% turnout, quorum requirement was 60%).

Thank you to all who voted using the new online method so the board can accomplish additional business throughout the year when changes are needed.
